NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Chelsea and District Basketball Association Incorporated (A0008689P), will be held as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 1 December 2026
Meeting commences: 6:00 pm
Registration opens: 5:30 pm
Venue: Carrum Surf Life Saving Club, 11 Carrum Promenade, Carrum, VIC 3197
Attendance: In person

The terms of office and the number of General Committee positions available for election will be confirmed in the AGM supporting papers.
CALL FOR COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
Completed nomination forms must be received by the Secretary no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 27 October 2026. Late nominations will not be accepted unless permitted by the Constitution. Nominees, proposers and seconders must satisfy the applicable membership and eligibility requirements.
Committee nomination forms are available from www.chelseabasketball.com.au or the Association office at Bonbeach Sports Complex. Completed forms must be submitted by email to secretary@chelseabasketball.com.au or delivered in hard copy to Chelsea and District Basketball Association, Bonbeach Sports Complex, Cannes Avenue, Bonbeach VIC 3196. Receipt will be acknowledged in writing.
KEY DATES AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• 5:00 pm, Tuesday, 27 October 2026: Committee nominations close.
• 5:00 pm, Tuesday, 3 November 2026: Proposed resolutions and life membership nominations close.
• No later than Monday, 9 November 2026: The formal agenda and supporting papers will be issued.
• 5:00 pm, Tuesday, 17 November 2026: Members and club delegates are requested to confirm their eligibility and provide the required delegate appointment documentation.
• Tuesday, 24 November 2026: A final AGM reminder will be issued. Requests for accessibility adjustments are requested by 5:00 pm.
• Tuesday, 1 December 2026: Annual General Meeting at Carrum Surf Life Saving Club. Registration opens at 5:30 pm; the meeting commences at 6:00 pm.
Nominations, proposed resolutions and supporting documents must be submitted to secretary@chelseabasketball.com.au.
The formal agenda and supporting papers will be issued in accordance with the Constitution.
