NOMINEES WANTED: JOIN THE CADBA COMMITTEE
Do you have a passion for basketball and a desire to make a difference in your community?
The Chelsea & District Basketball Association is starting an exciting new chapter of renewal, revitalisation and growth. We’re now seeking nominations for new Committee members to help guide the future of the Association ahead of our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 1 December 2026.
Who we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from people with experience or interest in areas such as, but not limited to:
Strategic Planning & Growth Operations
Cultural Transformation & Positive Change Management
Governance, Risk Management & Legal Compliance
Financial Health & Strategic Reinvestment
Marketing & Communications
Fundraising, Grants & Community Stakeholder Engagement
Whether you’re a financial wizard, a social media enthusiast, an organised planner or someone who loves fundraising, we need you. You don’t need to be a basketball expert to make a massive difference.
How to nominate
Download the Committee Nomination Form using the button below, or collect a copy from the Association office at Bonbeach Sports Complex, Cannes Ave, Bonbeach.
Complete and sign the form, including your proposer and seconder. If you need a voting member to be your proposer and/or seconder, contact the CADBA office on (03) 8774 6818 and they’ll help.
Email your completed form to secretary@chelseabasketball.com.au, or drop a hard copy at the Association office.
