WHO WE ARE
ABOUT CADBA
Growing participation, developing players and building a connected basketball community in Chelsea and surrounds.
Participation. Development. Synergy.
That's what we're building at CADBA, and we get there through three core values.
Belief
Acceptance, trust and buying into the systems, structures and values that take us beyond our greatest goals.
Discipline
Working hard and conducting ourselves to the rules and standards we set.
Ownership
Being accountable and making good decisions in how we handle challenges and how we're seen.
From two courts to a basketball hub
CADBA was formed in the late 1970s following the construction of the two-court basketball stadium in Bonbeach, affectionately known as "The Nest".
From those humble beginnings, the association has grown into one of the largest and most vibrant basketball hubs in the region, with training and games running seven days a week.
